Stephanie holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) from the University of Malta. Stephanie is a Managing Associate within the Business Transactions service line at the firm Zammit Pace Advocates. Her main practice areas include corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and private equity transactions, mostly with a cross-border element. She has worked on a number of domestic and international lending, corporate finance and capital market transactions, including both equity and debt offerings and their listing on regulated markets. She regularly advises investment fund, private equity and family office clients on their corporate and deal structuring in a variety of industries including financial services, IT, renewable energy, real estate consumer goods and gaming. In addition, her experience includes advising clients on general corporate matters, financial market regulation, cross-border recovery, debt restructuring and insolvency procedures.
